How to make Italian Sauce (GRAVY) First take some oil and add 2 -3 turns in the pot. Then get about 3-4 cloves of garlic and chopp them as small as possible. Add the chopped garlic to the oil. Brown the garlic in the oil till the garlic turns slightly brown. Take your jar of home-made tomatoes (or you can use canned) and pour it into the oil and garlic. Stir. Add salt and pepper, half an onion and some fresh basil!! Bring to a boil. Cover and let cook on low heat for about an hour. Pour over your favorite pasta and add some parmashon cheese, pour yourself a glass of wine and ENJOY!!
